By subscribing to any newsletter published by Pink Consultants LLP or its subsidiaries you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Pink Consultants LLP may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued subscription and receipt of any newsletter published by the company or its subsidiaries is considered acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. You may view these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Copyright
The content of any Pink Consultants LLP newsletter and any and all ideas, designs, graphics, photographs, text, audio and audiovisual material, documents and any other material contained in such a newsletter are subject to copyright laws in the UK and overseas and are owned or controlled by Pink Consultants LLP. In relation to any newsletter (including parts of it), you agree that you may use the newsletter for only your personal use and you may not use the newsletter for any commercial use. Unauthorised use is prohibited and protected by law.
Privacy
You agree that your name and any other details you provide with your subscription will be collected and stored by the Pink Consultants LLP and used for the purposes of managing your newsletter subscription and distributing the newsletter to you and to send you information relating our events, news and information.

Managing your subscription
Any changes to your subscription must be made in writing to The Schmidt Tax Report, Subscription Services, Unit 1 Hainault Works, Romford, Essex RM6 5NP and evidence of posting may be required in the event of a dispute. Telephone and email instructions may not be received and cannot, therefore, be relied upon.
In the event of you wishing to cancel your subscription to any Pink Consultants LLP newsletter you will be entitled to a refund on the terms set out here. A full refund of any money paid if notification is received within 30 days of the payment having been received by Pink Consultants LLP. A partial, pro-rata refund will be made equivalent to the cost of printing and posting the remaining, unused portion of your subscription i.e. if you have four outstanding issues as part of your subscription your refund will be for the printing and postage cost of those four issues.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the UK and you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
